This essentially means adding some modules / Application Programming Interface (API) provided by ICT Warehouse to any website to allow it to automatically send and receive SMS. It is possible for a website to send and receive SMS, responding to events and activities on the website. Bookings, Requests for Quotations, Orders can now all be done on the website through SMS. This link between SMS and a website opens new opportunities since more people can interact with the website even in the absence of internet! |
